New officers, Pick your skills : Star Trek Online Submission

Basically, When you get a message from starfleet, saying you have a new officer request.

Go to the officer, look at its skills, if they don't have the ones you want, Click back, and then re-hail starrfleet,

Every time you do this the officer is re-calculated with new skill set, Keep doing this until they have the skills you are after.

Nerfed in the latest patch as far as I can tell. :(
