Yes, this is the key to getting it to work.

How much camo are we talking? I have 321 unbuffed and couldn't do it. (I stole from her ~15 times and got detected, dumped and smoke bombed, same thing again and the second time she got my droid)

Didn't get a single piece either. Not sure what the drop % is supposed to be.

I am having a hell of a time finding any camo pups on my server.

You're going to need at least two camo pups. When I tested this I think I was close to 600 camo.
