Armor : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

Hello I am a high lv bounty hunter on Bloodfin. I was just wondering if anyone knows where to get the best armor and what type I should use.

Would probably want to check out the bazaar's vendor search option and go from there. Just keep in mind that publish 28 is going to remove armor certs so I wouldnt spend to much money on armor unless its the one you want.

I'm a BH aswell, I have a full set of mando I use, other than that i'd use a set of BH armor, if you can't afford either then just get high quality faction/composite armor.

Basically it breaks down like this.

1. Layers give protection to kinetic, energy, and the base elements

2. Layers are used to make Segments.

3. Segments are used to make Cores.

4. Cores are used to make the final product, the armor.

Example: Three cores needed per chestplate.

A popular request is Quad layered Adv Primus Armor. Primus layers give increased Kinetic/Energy Protection.
