Began playing again recently... few Qs : Star Wars Galaxies Discussions

Well, logged in for the first time tonight since like early 2005 I think... a lot has changed.

I've noticed that I'm only level 61, but I have 8 character respecs left... can I use this to my advantage some how and get easy levels?... Like go entertainer, hit 80, then respec back to something else? Or what's the fastest profession to level?

entertainer but if you changed from there you would be at lvl 1 at whatever you changed from because i9ts says you will loose all exp gained toward that profession so you would have some or maybe no combat points

Before I saw your reply, I did a BH -> Jedi respec and I stayed level 61...

You cant get free levels anymore. If you respec to trader or Entertainer you become novice of those. Combat/Ent/Trader are all calculated separately.

You will need to find a repeatable quest, do the legacy quest or grind grauls like the rest of us unfortunately.

Suggest you start on legacy quest series. You get some interesting loot and some badges. Make sure you do all the sub quests, or you may miss out on the endor style helm an the alien eggs.

btw, does any one have any extra mustafar/Toob keys? I figure with the way SOE sells expansion some one might... could always offer you something

the leg quest start in mos esily some where sorry don't rember were a great place for you to grin is mustafar doing all the quest there and look i think there a quest bugged that give you 65k each time u do it

Legacy starts with an NPC standing agaisnt a wall just outside the starport to your left in Eisley.

Bah, I'm probably just going to quit again. I was a full template jedi killing machine and I only got converted into a level 61. I sent in a few tickets and the GMs claimed that I only mastered 1 profession pre-nge... even though I had 10+ elder tags.

I'm not going to play a game where GMs treat loyal customers with over 1,000 days logged like !@#$%^*, and I dont really feel like grinding millions of exp.

Unless there's some kind of major exp exploit in the next month I probably wont log in again after my auction is over.

I believe the conversion was based on your total xp earned.

If you were fully templated, then you should have converted to level 80 as your xp would of been capped

Most likely you had some skill points left to spend when the NGE hit.
