Well it would help if you could spell correctly. All you have to do is go to a capital on a planet like Bestine or Coronet. Go to the capitla building in that city and talk to the trainer.

best The thing do to is a place city and everyone have vote for you. That is you how get xp.

You need a city hall and 10 people to join your city or it will be destroyed. It also cost a lot of money weekly.

yea im a master politician and it took a long while and a lot of money like 2mill but ive mad that back in shuttle fees and such cause now my towns a metro ^_^
