Greetings,

We experienced a few technical issues while processing the eligibility of some accounts for the latest collection reward for e-mail opt-ins, the House Model.  However, this error did not affect all accounts. 

We hope to have these issues resolved and the remainder the eligible accounts flagged by Friday, May 15, 2009.  You do not need to do anything to resolve the issue unless we provide further news regarding it.
