Well for pvp i recomend being a bh if you dont have respecs or currently arent a bh then my advice wont help that much , but basicly when dueling with a bh use traps right next to your opponent asap there are two types of traps one that has a needle like icon and one that has a bear trap icon both of which are on a seprate cool down timer take a look at the two with the highest lvl for each type of icon and add them to your tool bar drop the bear trap kind first then if you opponent runs away drop the kind with the needle icon closer to them then use a ranged wepon to snare (always have a decent ranged wepon on a hotkey along with a decent mele wepon incase of a saber blocking jedi) preferably low blow then run just use special attacks and normal attacks to widdle them down if its a jedi useing saber block run close and use your mele wepon almost all of bhs specials except the relentless onslaut and scorch line are useable during mele combat, also heal when you get to around a quarter hp left.

(for non bh just use a good damageing snare to start your attacks oh and again heal when you have a quarter hp left) (edited for non bh advice) [will add more when i can think of it]

I have to agree with pieman12232. BH is very good in general. The snares do a DOT affect. I am a CL 83 BH and I beat a CL 90 Jedi twice. He then bragged when he beat me 4 times. But he is 7 levels above me and is also able to be invulnerable to ranged with saberblock. Pretty lame if you ask me, but I beat his a** twice! And I barely ever PvP.

You can't lose if you're a BH and know what you're doing, I rarely lose in PvP, only because I get alot of practice.
