It's a smuggler wich has a lucky break buff that never wear off. Don't think that has something to do with the weapon/bit

This is not photoshop.

This comes from a Weaponsmith crafted PowerBit that is added to a weapon during the crafting process and does not use a socket.

The only question is weather it is a display issue or really 100%.

I made a carbine yesterday and have not had the chance to test it yet.
