OK now it takes some practice and it is a little boring but it works very well Go to ancrhead and go to mission terminal by the bridge. not the one by the star ports. get 2 delivery missions and except them. ***Important*** Don't exit just hit alt key stand aprox at 103/-5339 You should be able to see all of the people of the waypoints double click on them a couple of times till the way point disapears. Hit your alt key and refresh pick 2 more missions and repeat. you usualy never have to move. ocasionally someone will be standing in you way you can move the length of the building that the terminals are on without having to go back to the terminal. Recomend when you do this set your screan resalution lower it will be easier to see them. you will never have to go to the terminal to get new missions. I did this for aprox 45 min and got 1200 fp. it's easier when fewer people are there
