Accessing harvesters with toons that aren't the owner? : SWG Premium Discussions

Does anybody know of a way to access either the hopper or the menu for harvesters from a character that isn't the owner?

Since they nerfed permissions on harvesters it's really been a pain getting my resources in.

I can still set permissions using the /setPerm command, and I can still bring up the harvester window on a different character by using /ui action harvester - but all this does is opens up a window with "XXX Harvester Name" at the top and provides no options to actually do anything.

I'll bank tip 1 credit to anyone who can come up with a response that works (if it's at all possible).

Well if we could all do the /setPerm to structures willy nilly, then it would be a massively abused ability which would both cause and solve many problems.

No, there isnt a way.

Don't think I really explained properly (I was tired at the time).

What I'm saying is, the owner of the harvester has put the other toon on admin via the /setPerm command, and as such that other toon can also use the /setperm command on that harvester.

I'm not asking to be able to access anybody elses harvesters, just the ones that the owner has set permissions for this particular toon to access.

What I want to know is if there is any work around so that a toon who is on admin, but not the owner of a harvester can get into the hopper/change resource screen. Hope that better explains it.

Damn SOE and their nerfs.
