Crashing Other Characters : SWG Premium Discussions

Okay, this has been happening more and more on my server. Just yesterday, I was in a group of Rebels and we were standing on the hill in front of the Restuss SP. A group of Imperials were forming up just outside the Auto-Overt line and all of a sudden 4 of my groupmembers LD'ed. Of course, the Imperials rushed in as soon as this happened and they rolled us.

I have also seen this done to guildies I was chatting with on ventrillo. BH seemed to have crashed them somehow and then collected their bounty. Any thoughts on how this is done or what it could be?

I've seen people crash when multiple people macro tell-spamming to them.

Are they playing on 56k?

Well, I'm not sure what my groupmembers were running on, but my guildies have broadband / decent machines so that's why I was wondering.

I guess it's just a matter of macro-loading and causing sooooo much lag that ppl who have so-so machines just crash. I hate the route PvP is going these days

Yeah this has happened to me recently, but against BHs, seems a bit fishy because I crashed both times when I started to get the upper hand on the BH.

This happened to me a few minutes ago too. I stole the kill from another player (hehe yeah, I'm galactic scum) and ignored his request for half the bounty. I left the planet and upon loading to the new planet, I crashed to the character select screen.

Wasn't too big a deal since I wasn't in battle, but I would've been annoyed if it happened during a fight.

has happend to me mutiple times ,, usually after i kill one of them .. but it has also happend during a standoff before the attack .. Not shure how there doing it but am gussing it's the old tell-spam hack

Not A Hack. Its Done Very Simple. Been Around For A Very Long Time.

That's fine and dandy, but your reply didn't answer the question. Just because you've known about it for a long time and it's child's play to you now doesn't mean it's the same for everyone.

You Get On A Speeder. Trade With Another Player while Your Still On It. Trade The Speeder Your On. Takes Time To Work. Just Trade When You See Yourself On The Bike. Will Crash The Planet. Did It To Rebs In Retuss
