I solo it all the time on my elder jedi, i'm going to make a really good guide using fraps soon. Oh and i've also soloed it with my elder jedi using a jedi master cloak and only 3 pearls in a jinzu saber. It's really not that hard, it's just time consuming:/

Good walkthru in the main SWG forums on doing just this. I tried that walkthru with my Elder Jedi and was able to with a little practice.

Here is that guide reposted in here:

Taskmaster: No problem, you can charge in, just concentrate on the npc's before tackling the boss.
Once the last one drops take down the boss.

AK Prime: Easy yet again, charge in and concentrate on npc's 1st.
If you start taking too much damage force run back a little bit to recharge timers
(should only need to do this once). Take down boss after last npc falls.

Forward commander: You can charge in intially to take down as many as possible.
Once they become overwhelming force run back to the curve in land towards the start.
This'll have given you time for timers to recharge and some will have followed.
Deal with the ones that follow then charge back in.
If there's still too many repeat the above step.
Once the last npc drops switch to a rifle and drag the commander back towards the start.
We're doing this so that we don't get stuck in the spawnpoint.
Only one other npc seems to follow him out this way.
Once you've got enough distance take out npc first and the the boss.

Now head back to risen commanders and lure them towards you with rifle.
Deal with any that come running. Sometimes you'll agro them all.
When this happens hit saber block and try and take out at least one,
then force run back to the curve to allow timers to reset. This can be the most
time consuming part if you constantly aggro all of them. But even if you only
kill one on each attempt you're making progress. Also with the boss dead it won't
reset if you drop aggro.

CY-M Lure him back a bit with a rifle so you don't get
caught in bug spawn point. Deal with any bugs first and then CY-M, always revert
back to bugs if more follow. Remember to keep an eye on health cause you'll have
a poison and disease tick.

Oppressor: Equip rifle and drag him to the HK side of instance so that the others
don't follow when they spawn. Fight him until he goes into a protective state,
he'll run back to where he was earlier. Make sure you stay at least 45m away
from him or he'll reactivate. Pull out rifle and lure the defenders and
sentinels to you, they seem to come out in groups of 3's. Always deal with
the defenders 1st as they drop quicker. Once all are done, drag oppressor
back to HK side and deal with him. Return to spawn point and deal with
defender's left over.

HK: 1st agro the first group of npc's with rifle, then switch to saber,
they drop easily. Repeat for 2nd group. Now HK activates, drag him
back to where Oppressor was with rifle, equip saber and take
him out 1 on 1.
