How to use autoit??? : SWG Premium Discussions

Im trying to grind my way to master trader. Im using the following macro:

Alls i need now is a way to setup my left click button so it goes off continually so can run this macro afk for as long as i need.

Can autoit make me left button click continually? If so how do i do it?

Now, to explain the way Auto-It works.

LeftClick command- Clicks the left button (Really....it does) The two digits following are the X,Y coordinates, you'll use Auto-It Reveal Mode to get these.

Next, sleep.....you need to pause. I beleive it's in thousands....therefore

sleep, 1000 = 1 second

You need to use LeftClick more than once....to ensure 'registration' of the key click. You can do it once, but if you need it twice....it might click to fast to register a double click...so no harm in clicking 3 times.

I made macro's (in SWG) for selecting the draft schematic, and for nextcrafting Stage.

I did not like the use of the draft schematic macro in SWG, and found that if you open a crafting window, and select the item you want to grind, and then next, and of course- exit out, the next time you open up the crafting tool, the same item will be selected.

Don't want you to think this is a guide, just a helpful post to somebody asking for assistance.

I CAN, if you want, create a real guide for Auto-It, something more structured than this.

I realise it wasnt intended to be a guide, but help. I looked for an auto-it guide and it doesnt seem we have one. Unless i'm mistaken, this is the best we have.

By all means if you want to improve upon it, do so.

I did, and posted it in the SWG Macro Section....it's more detailed on what the lines do, and should be far better than what is posted above.

Big yay - I've messed around with auto-it, not all that easy, this is a great way to create your own.

I used AC tools to click, its nice and easy to use too
