I have heard of this from someone that plays on my server that tried to sell it to me. Does anyone know what this is and if so, how to do it?

if ur talking about making Pups To use Puped shirts instead of mbits when making seas then that glitch has been fixed, but i wouldnt call that infinite mod bits, and they arnt mod bits just a bootleged replacement
