Modfile attached, just extract contents of the zip archive to your game directory.
This is mainly a proof-of-concept that it's possible to modify the mahjong minigame to rack in massive points. This just modifies standard layout. It is possible to change all of them.

I don't see any attachement - so it's not possible for me to test it and /yay or /nay it...

maybe the OP forgot to add the attachement?
