Problems getting xunleashed toolbar launched : SWG Premium Discussions

Hello!

I am a new member/user, finally got Xunleashed installed, updated and patched and got it to launch SWG with no complaints.

However, I can not see the in-game toolbar, nor does CTRL-INS-1 or 2 launch it nor does it become visable when I move my mouse down to the bottom of the screen.

I checked the log and it says this:
11/30/03 11:48:32 AM ERROR: Requested DirectX9 Screen Format is not currently compatable with XUnleashed.
11/30/03 11:48:32 AM Using 32-bit compatibility mode

I double-checked my game settings and the lowest setting I can goto is 1024 x 768 60mhz. I also set my desktop to this and took off windowless borders and windowed mode and it still will not launch the xunleashed toolbar. I am running WIN 2000 and any ideas on what I might be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

That message is normal. SWG defaults to some weird display mode, but XU works fine in that compatibility mode. Just make sure your desktop resolution is at 32 bit colors.

Also, make sure your config in the options is set to SWG. Be sure to load up SWG via the PLay button on the XU Launcher.

If you get no task bar, but you DO get the xunleashed in the corner, check your logs for errors. Could have a plugin that is being stubborn.
