I can get 30%-40% glancing blow and I never glance as much as this guy, and he's a jedi which gives him fewer slots to add glancing blow SEAs and powerups.

Hmm crazy....I have no idea what the reason would be.

Doesnt look like he's using an elder robe. The video isnt that clear so I cant make out all the buffs.

for any jedi with 30+ glance and then saber block, this is way easy, besides you still see alot of regular damage being done

I've seen this guy run into a group of 20 people, kill one, and then get away.

And if he was using saber block, than you wouldn't see the normal damage. He takes very little damage when you hit him, so I think he's using multiple robes.

He's using an Elder Robe, I know him...somethings fishy though

Is he using the BARC buff exploit?

Add 'em up (For Ranged Glancing Blows):

Barc Buff: 35%
Entertainer Buff: 7%
Food: 3%
Officer Stim: 5%
Medic Buff: 5%
Attachments: 6%
Power-ups: 18% (cap)

Commandos: Supressing Fire: 20%

That's 99% for commandos... And I know I'm missing some...

His buff bar has on it Entertainer buff, Flavor of Elders, Musty Injector, Vita-cap, Jedi stance buff, Elder Jedi buff, Flameout and he is poping reactive heal stimes from the static bases.
The entertainer buff looks like it has the +24% reactive heal, full energy (and the BHes are useing GLCs), +7 dodge and 60 agility. (just a guess, remember this video is old so the reactives stack)

If Jedi stack str, pre and agility plus glancing blow (Regular, melee and ranged) on shirt, jinsu and have a glancing blow pup on their weapon there is no prof that can take them down.

If someone gets close (Bher) they just force run away until they heal, their heal timer regens and saber block is ready, then they come back and kill the BH while he's still waiting on his shields.
