Survey Droid launcher prog : SWG Premium Discussions

I got tired of having to click and double click 100 times to launch a full sortie of ISD's so I wrote a little semi-auto launcher.

Basically:
1) Have crate(s) of ISD's, enough to launch all the survey tools you want (at this point the program only launches 10 of each type of tool, no more, no less)
2) Have crates with at least 10 of each type of tool you want to launch. You can launch any where from 1-6 different types of tools (Mineral, Flora, Chemical, Gas, Geothermal, and/or Water)
3) Have room in your main inventory to un-crate the ISD's and survey tools (10 tools plus however many ISD stacks you need to launch your tools. I typically have the ISD's in my main inventory and tool crates in my pack)
4) Put the tool crates on your tool bar in slots 1-6
5) Fire up the program using AutoIt

Hopefully it works well for you. As always, post any problems here and I'll get them fixed.

That seems to be a nice idea... always got mad, when I was going to do a complete run...
I will check this out later today, when I am at home again!

Yeah...I built in some slowness. Even though I've got a good connection I've found that the 2nd screen sometimes comes up very slow...if that were to happen it would mess the whole process up. You can play with the $LagMultiplier = 100 line or change the timing where you see it being too slow for your taste. It's meant to get the job done while you eat dinner or take a bio-break.

yeah - better to run well through the whole script than mess up due to lag. :)

think you can save the mouse move & leftklick on the second window. When I launched survey droids manually, I found out that the tool seelct window reacts on the return-key. So - when the second window comes up, simply let the macro send the key, and you save some time for setup & when runing the macro.

another question:
Usually survey tools come in crates of 25, your macro expects tool crates in slot 1-6. So after 2 full runs I have 5 crated tools left over. I'm a person who hates to throw things away ;) - any chance to use those crates with 5 tools too?
