Here's my afk forage macro:

name it afkforage

/dance;
/pause 2;
/dance;
/pause 2;
/dance;
/pause 2;
/dance;
/pause 2;
/dance;
/pause 2;
/forage;
/macro afkforage;

If used correctly the /dance will move you 5m to the side when used with the /pause 2.

This works best if you use it in a wide open area.
