DWB bug : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

If you are in the DWB, there is a way to get only incaped instead of DBed. When you are low on health pick up aggro on one of the scientists (anything that is yellow) and when you drop you should be incapped instead of DBed. It works about 50% of the time for me. :)

It is a bit hard to pull off as there is a high chance of something other than a yellow incap/killing you but it does work sometimes.
I'll say /yay.
I do think people know about this already though...

Ya that was why I was saying it only works some of the time. If you are farming the A spot near the two trash bins then there are a few scientists right there and I notice it works more then not. Thanks for the yay :P

I have already said twice I am aware that it has a 50% chance of working but also just because a bug or hack only works 50% of the time doesn't mean it doesn't work. Sorry but I think the nay is a bit invalid because you basically backed me up by saying that, yes, it does work about 50% of the time. I am pretty sure I will take a 50% chance of survival over a zero. :P

Let me explain myself a bit better then I did the post above. I think you are looking at it a bit like the glass is half empty. We need to see this as the glass is half full. Using this gives you a 50% chance to LIVE through those bugged npcs and hard to kill SBD. Now you can farm in one spot and have an increased chance of living and not have to worry about dying and rebuffing and rekeying and spending time to get back down there.

OKay, Let me explain.

NAY not a bug, this is working as intended. You have less then a good chance of it working 50/50. Not worth a prem or points. I as a paying customer get to cast my vote. It is my vote to cast. It has been cast.

True but there are a lot of new players coming into the game and I would hardly call it common knowledge. I have shown this to many 5 year vets who never heard about it AND who farmed DWB regularly. But hey your vote is your vote.
