Easy, you make a 2 macros.
Macro 1
Name: Flourish
Content:
/flourish 0
/pause 1
/flourish 1
/pause 1
/flourish 2
/pause 1
/flourish 3
/pause 1
/flourish 4
/pause 1
/flourish 5
/pause 1
/flourish 6
/pause 1
/flourish 7
/pause 1
/flourish 8
/pause 1
/macro Flourish

Macro 2
Name: Start
Option 1: /startmusic - Plays music (You choose from a menu)
Option 2: /startdance - Dances (You choose from a menu)
/pause 60
/macro Flourish

Put the Start macro on your toolbar and click it whenever you want to start grinding, if you want to stop the macro. Type in: /dump
