ok this cheat will allow your character to be able to walk through all wall,buildings even through hills and if you get killed it will allow you to fight when your dead.

its easy enough to do just stand inbetween restuss sp and the city and you have to be on leave so that when it says you must align yourself with a faction you will know when to stop then do /unstick dont move just stay there and when its completed you should go into first person and voila you are able to walk through walls.
if it doesnt work at first just keep moving around and then it will suddenly kick in
