Ok, i didn't have much time to write this last night so i'll rewrite it now.

If you are on leave, either Rebel or Imperial, you can go combatant without any faction NPC near you IF you are a Medic/Doctor with the ability to /drag.

For example:

You are an Imperial on leave in a city with no Imperial recrutier or any other imperial you can go combatant with, only there are Imperial players around you. You can select them and use the drag option, it will flash a box asking you to type 'yes' and will flagg you as combatant at the usual 30 seconds, but this will not work with Special Forces.

Useful if you have medic in your template and need to go combatant but don't wanna pay to go to a faction recruiter.
