When putting on your cybernetics, put on the 2 arms first, then when putting on the chest, click to put it on, DONT ACCEPT! then ask to put on another cybernetic, a cybernetic window will pop up, leave that now accept the chest and the bam, the chest is on. then select the legs from the window that you select the cybernetic from that you got before you accepted chest one, then bam you got all 4 on!
