Area intimidate from powers jedi causes damage, if the damage from that intimidate kills it's target, EVERYTHING else that it hits will become instantly DB'd regardless of how much health it has.

NPC's that are hit with this bug will NEVER respawn (until server reset) because the game doesn't recognize it as being dead. That's also why players don't get a cloning message and can't be rezzed.
