Ok . ready for my next barrage of condescending remarks !

This is a technique for keeping your alts grouped.

Log on to your alt and have a friend invite them.
Make your alt dance. /startdance basic
Log out your alt (don't use the logout command iself, just exit the game like you normally would) ( and Don't disband!)

This tehnique works every time i've tried and will work even if you log onto your main character and invite them afterwards.

It's particularly useful for those folks needing a full group to but wanting to loot for themselves

So you're saying they won't be booted from the group after ~5-15 minutes (or whatever it is) after they log out? And still be accounted for loot/harvest amounts?

I actually thought this was common knowledge. Yes, if you set your alt to /dance basic (any dance works) and just quit the game (/quit works), you will remain in the group until the group gets disbanded or the server resets. For some reason quitting while dancing keeps you in group.
