Basically its a macro that allows you to move while rooted (backwards:P)

Macro Name : Root

/stand;
/pause 0.8;
/prone;
/macro Root

Play with the pause thing a bit depending on your system specs or lag at the time on the server.. i would say from 0.5 - 1.2 seconds Alternative name for this macro.. worm
