create a macro titled whatever you want
enter in the following text

/prone
/mac prone

simple right?

put it in your toolbar and when your about to die hit it.... it should only give you an incap and you should never get db'ed....

if for any reason this gives you trouble try putting

/prone
/stand
/mac prone
