Officer Tactical Stims : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

Even though the Officer Tactical stims say they have a level requirement of cl 86, low levels can use these. It doesn't work with the officer heal stims. Works great leveling a low character.

works gives a small boost but i dont know if it is worth entry to the site over a intended game function. but ill yay it just because it works nay for entry to site
