The Simple Belt : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

Well - this isn't really that significant...but thought I would share. One day I was standing by the starport in Mos Eis right where the newbs log in. Saw a guy offering a newb 1k for his belt. I thought it was odd. The guy was REALLY insistant and wouldn't take no for an answer. So I looked it up on the bazaar and it was a Simple Belt (the sideways kind). They can't be crafted. They were selling for 2m+ on one server and 1m+ on another. As long as you don't oversaturate the market... you could make some super easy money from this. Another way is to create an alt with one and offer them to one of your vendors. Log on, buy belt, destroy new toon, and wait 15 min to create a new one. Just a thought - let me know if you try it. Of course these belts have to be WORTH something on your server or else what is the point?

edited to add: it is the sideways, leather looking one. Not the metal one.

Nay, this is total BS. Anyone can get one of these and they could get dozens if they wanted to. Maybe on your server people are ripping other people off with this and maybe it works for you, but I can say that on at least 2 servers (the ones I'm on) these are only going for 50k at max lol.

Are you speaking of the bandoliers that hold 50 items? There are some you get as a toon fresh off the station that are worth some nice change and they can't be made.

No he's talking about the slanted to one side belts that everyone that chooses outdoor clothing gets upon entering the game.

only the slanted ones can't be crafted - only can get them from the entry character. On 4 different servers they're selling big. Go figure. I'll sell em on mine and make money. No biggie - I mean I'm not looking for a membership or anything - just sharing something I noticed. Oh. Should have put this in discussion - DOH! Sorry.
