All stormtroopers INSIDE the building will not hit you if you are combat level 80. They do not drop loot, but they do give FP.
Average: 15fp (+2 Alteraan bonus) per kill.

If you are going to macro:

Hit CTRL+SHIFT+S to rotate the camera around, while running a target/areaattack macro.

After the server resets, BE CAREFUL. The NPCs will be able to hit you. Once you kill them, their respawn won't be able to.

The NPCs outside drop holocrons frequently and actually do hit, as they are considered a seperate spawn.
