Just wondered does this program still work, I've been using it but since the fps cap was raised in-game its hard to tell if its having any effect?

I use it every now and then to *scale down* the FPS, i.e. capping at 30 FPS while running 3 or 4 instances of SWG on same machine... Can't test it atm - but you may check if the offset is still correct... Try to set a new cap of 45 i.e. and check if the game client runs at that maximum framerate then.
