Maxing Darkside points causes color loss of Character's skin : SWTOR Discussions

I was abusing the glitch for darkside points on the Empire with the slave cultist.

When I turned in to finish the quest. I hit max DS points but also it changed the skin color on two of my toons.

I used a male/female Zabrak with red color skin. Though when confirming completion of the quest the characters turned pale skin but kept their markings.

Anyone else see this? Maybe just a graphical error? It happened twice so I don't think it was freak bug.

As you gain Dark Side rank your appearance changes. First change is eye color to golden yellow or red. Then changes to the point you end up looking white and pasty like Emperor Palpatine. You can disable this though in the UI appearance settings. Same place where you can disable the helmet being visible if you do not like it.

I know that there are supposed to be changes I just didn't expect to go from dark red to white lol, no my Zabrak looks like a skinny white girl with dark red braids and a bad goth make up job! haha

If you go to preferences, then social. Uncheck "show sith corruption" and your character will look normal.
