I know how to get this on hoth but it seems like i can only get one... any idea on how to get more than one.

No, it was nerfed a while back, ie consumed on use.

You can go back and repeat what you did to get a second one "after" you consumed the first.

Hate to open a old can of worms but has this been tried by putting it in your cargo hold and trying to get another one?
