Yea its a beast of a download. However can you just get the torrent instead and go about it that way? Have you tried getting this Register to unlock hidden link then running the install from there? It should help speed it up.

Although I have Comcast fastest internet available in my area. I noticed from time to time while downloading TOR, the download speed would drop dramatically 300-600kbps.. All I had to do is hit the pause button, then continue and the speed would go back to normal.

On my 64-bit OS its stored in C:/Program Files (x86)/Electronic Arts/BioWare/Star Wars - The Old Republic.
On 32-bit OS should be C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/BioWare/Star Wars - The Old Republic.

I plan on multi-boxing TOR with 4 PC's. For copying the game, I backed up the entire C:/Program Files (x86)/Electronic Arts/BioWare directory to my external HDD. Copied it to the other pc's, then ran the installer for each one. Worked like a charm.
