Account Locked : General & Trouble Shooting

I originally purchased the 24.99 package aug of 05 under the username Eaglejoust. Logging back in that account has been locked out. I thought the membership was good for a year. I would like to start using this service again. I even had to create this account Eaglejoust2 to even post in the forums.
