Account problems, please help : General & Trouble Shooting

I'm having some serious issues. I just created an account a couple hours ago and paid for a subscription. However, most of the time it tells me my login/password is invalid and has banned me a couple times. Also, it does not show that I purchased the account even though i received the paypal notification.

How do i contact admin or anyone that can help me with this problem? I'm actually surprised it let me log in to post.

did you pay with paypal? if so did you pay with an e-check? if you did pay with an e-check you have to wait for it to clear. if you paid with paypal and it wasnt an e-check pm Tault_admin your transaction from paypal. if you paid with verisign PM Tault_admin

How long does it usually take for a response from PM'ing an admin? Should i assume that i sent it to the wrong person?

if you sent it to Tault_admin he should have fixed it when he was on earlier unless he missed the pm or didnt have the time. my temp-mod status done so needed to reapply for permanent mod and he read it but didnt do anythin so i think he needs to do it when he has more time, this was just a quick forum overview
