account /Viper access : General & Trouble Shooting

Hey bud could you use my account information here to i guess reactivate my viper account? It's not letting me login for some reason. thanks.

how to change <<<< Basic to Premium ?

Yea its an odd bug we have with our current payment processor thats not updating people correctly. We can do it manually though and we give a nice avatar based on your user name. It suits you well if i say so myself .
