Anyone getting "Direct3D8::CreateDevice Hook Failed Err : General & Trouble Shooting

I am using the 3.21 Windower from Archbell.

Xunleashed always worked fine with it before, but today when I tried, it gave me this error.. any one know why?

Just tried it without the windower, the same error. So its not because of the windower.

Have You tried Reinstalling it? it looks like some files may be currupted.
