back to free : General & Trouble Shooting

as the title,i was already paid for premium account under e-mail : admin@unexplaineds.org but because of some matter i was change my account e-mail to other one,after 1 month which is now,after i login and found that my account goes back to free! pls resolve this asap.
here is my transaction id : [mod edit] removed the transaction details,also have e-mailed payment@tault.com but no luck for reply yet!

e-mails are generally slower, fastest way it to pm tault_admin to have this fixed

i think you are trying to read the offsets area which that is not part of the site for special coders. Cause you are premium because it even says so :-p

no iam only want to access xhume and xunleash scripting,3rd party plugin,protocol,developer's corner discussion,both of them i cann't access!i don't find when subscribing that i won't get access to those,not even on the any faq,i would like to request for refund if still not allowed
