Buyed a prenium account, can't login... : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I payed for a prenium acount, but it still says I need to pay for it and I cant acces prenium member forums... Already sended pm, sheese what a member support. Fix this please!

How is this possible, I payed when I was loged in into this account and subscription goes to an account I don't even now the login of. It is an account wich I made 2 years ago... It's a bit harsh don't u think... I want my subscription on THIS account. And btw, the account were the subscription went to (the one you mentioned in pm), is bugged... It says site is under maintenance! PLS FIX THIS ASAP, been waiting 2 days now this is so unfair...

Well you logged into that account on the payment area. Its your call what account you logged into. As for that account being under maintenance. Thats due to it being banned the reasoning why i can look into if you pm me again.

I pmed u back but U diden't replied? And why am I banned, I never posted somthing whit that account. Waiting 3 days now, this is redicilous... Yea more than likely it was a member under the same ip doing some malicious. We will check your account to see if any notes where added to why it was banned. This is a one in every 100 thousand members problem that may happen. Anyways you should have a reply to your question now.

You replied me, being a mod on a site of a simillar cheating engine gets u banned... Well this doenst help me, you need to give me acces to you services since I paid for this..

No threats please. Your account was banned by a staff member but for some reason there was no note as to why it was banned. Your account is currently unbanned so it will work as well. Furthermore because of the downtime we have added an extra month of service to your account to compensate for the downtime.
