Can't figure out how to stop subscription : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I can't figure out how to stop it, and it just billed me again today for some reason. How can i stop the subscription / get the money back garuntee. Thanks

I figured out how to cancel it, but it still says the subscription is pending...

if you canceled the subscription it shouldnt charge you anymore, PM tault_admin with the transaction id it charged you this time and which e-mail so he can give you a refund for this charge since it seems you dont want a subscription to here anymore
