Cant Login Paid Username : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hello, Need some admins help. I paid for weekly sub and it will not let me long onto my paid account. I typed in the password and it says invalid I told it to send me my password and I got the email with my username and pass. I typed it just how it said and it still says invalid. I tried to change my password and it said it had changed successfully but when trying to type the new pass in it still said invalid. Could I please get some help via pm?

Yea pm me with your subscription id number and your problem. Its going to be liek S-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Normally people make 2 accounts by accident and thats the problem.
