Cant Upgrade : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I've tried to upgrade to a premium membership but when I enter in the information it just pops up with "could not process, contact customer service." I've tried a 3 different cards. What can I do?

Its most likely due to your cc not being accepted. It could be because you live in a high risk area, you entered something wrong, or you are out of the country because most of the time places out of the country are high risk areas.
