crafter bot not running : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I have subscription for many years, and the only program that i use is the crafter bot. Last nite, when i try to run the program again, it says that trojan virus has been detected and wont run again, i log on site and try to download again and same message.
Dont want to uninstall virus program, as it been running for many years with no problem, please give suggestion, thank you.
