Dead Liniks : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I have tried to use the link to download the xunleashed software to my computer when i click the link for the download page to load it will give me a page cannot be displayed i have tried many and many links to get the xunleashed software and i still have the same problem...are the links dead or just not working properly?
