DocUrl error : General & Trouble Shooting

still getting DocUrl error.... still gettign fame rate losts and XU lock up..

i hvae posted 2 troubshooting support requets and have not gotton 1 reply.

i have not ben able to use XU for over 3 weeks now... on either of my 3 computers.

i pay for 3 accounts and cant use them, all of them have the same problems.... i have went as fas as wipign out the os and installign fresh on all 3 computers. i have tried bolth versions of XU...

on one compuetr the menu bar for XU wont even come up... on the pther 2 when i start eq2 XU will load just fine but onece in game it is choppy as hell.. i start a script and its starts to load then XU just crashes..

all 3 compuetrs was workign fine with all the sames scripts about 3 weeks ago or so... the oen night all fo them stoped...

so help would be great... i dont mind paying for a great service/poduct.. and XU is great when it works... adn i understand a few down times and bugs.. but im left here with 3 non workign accounts

i'm still gettin the same errors (Doc URL)
and now I can't fall back on my copy of 3.995 (Or what ever the sresion is) because I can't update it

Here sending a tech to you asap. Thats really odd we are trying to reproduce those problems so we can go and get this fixed. I thought we had the techs get it fixed last update.

Download the 3.x client.

The 4.x client is still in beta.
