EQ2 crafter bot : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

I'm having trouble with the crafter bot for EQ2 ever since the update on July 20th. I'm not sure what version I have but I've never had a problem with it before. I've never had it miss a counter buff but now since the update it misses a counter buff every time. I've moved every counter buff to all 3 spots in my hotbar and it still misses the one that is located in the first spot...Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
