EQ2/Errors/Did work before/request help please : Legacy General & Troubleshooting

Hey,

Program worked like a champ a few weeks ago. Didnt use the program till yesterday and have had all kinds of problems. It simply wont show up when I drag mouse to bottom of screen or ctrl-ins-1.

So, I went through an extensive trouble shooting process of changing screen resolutions, reverted back to default UI with changed reso's, re-installed the program and crafting script 3 times, and tried the older version of Xunleashed. No joy.

I am uploading the log and ini.
Hope someone can steer me in the right direction. The program works fantastic when it's up and running. Really want to get to the bottom of this problem.
