error updating ... : General & Trouble Shooting

this is my first time installation,
please help me with this error,
I have try to update/run it like 5 times.

Turn off file downloaders. Check your ISP. TUrn off antivirus/spyblockers/system protection etc.

Alot of things can cause that error.

PS try installing xu 3.0 first.
